A huge thank you to all the staff at Gerber. Ruth, who answered the phone and my questions, to the managers, and especially Eddie, who gave me the estimate and then kept me informed twice weekly about the progress. To all who fixed my car to look like new, a big applause. I will recommend to anyone who needs repair on their car, and you might see us again.!!!!

Outstanding service, courtesy and excellent job of repair. I would highly recommend to my friends and will return if I have any future needs. I received an email each day of the status of the repair and when it would be completed.

Stephanie and her Team were great! They spent time with me picking out the "perfect" pinstripe for my new truck; color, size, and placement were critical. They special ordered my choice and installed to perfection! Great service, great price and 100% professional! I would highly recommend!

I had another super experience at this facility. Scott was the estimator, and Nick was handling the repair. I can not say enough about the quality of service and the professionalism of both employees. I would recommend Gerber in Crystal Lake to anyone needing first rate automobile body repair. Keep up the great work. Thank you.
