At first there was a mistake made by the people doing the labor, but it was fixed and the price of the total cost went down because of it. I was pleased that the company saw the mistake and didn't hesitate to fix it and make it a little more convenient for myself and my pockets.

Burglars broke into my garage damaging my car. My grandson took the car to the E. FRANCIS Gerber in Spokane. He was greeted by Randy B. who provided an estimated and kept us informed about the repair progress. After getting the car back, I couldn't tell it had ever been damaged. I was happy with the outcome, thank you Randy !

The last time my insurance company sent me to Gerber, I was very satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle. This is my 2nd time with Gerber, and again, I'm very pleased with the work they did, and the care and professionalism of their staff. I have recommended Gerber Collision & Glass to friends and co-workers and will continue to do so.

Excellent service and excellent personnel at this location. Not only was our car repaired very quickly and beautifully, but they also washed and vacuumed our car and it looked brand new when we picked it up. It is a 2012 Chevy. We would like to recommend Silvio V. as an estimator to work with.
