We were very pleased with the quality of work on our 2013 VW Passat. Also, we appreciated the effort by Jeff and his staff to have the car ready for us since we live 500 miles away in Cincinnati, and were coming to the area for a grandson's birthday is it was so convenient to have the car ready for us ahead of schedule so we did not have to make another trip.

Billy and I always receive top notch customer service at Gerber. And this time was no different. Kelly and Taylor were AWESOME!!!!! They both were always happy to help me and my husband with anything that we asked. Love them. John was great also!!! He made sure I had my wheel alignment paperwork with me before I left. My right front fender got scraped in a parking lot, nothing major. I took it to 2 auto body places and both gave me written estimates over $1,300. My third estimate was from Amy at Gerber, and it was less than $200. Amy explained they were going to try a simple solution first, before resorting to removing the fender for more extensive work. That was the reason there was such a difference in the quotes. The car turned out fine, and the charge was even far less than Gerber quoted initially. Excellent customer service from Amy and Gerber. Highly recommended!
