I have interfaced with countless auto body representatives over my lifetime. Without a doubt, Kelly and Taylor has been the best auto reps I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to them, they was professional and responded to me quickly regarding my auto body repair. They worked well with me to discuss my needs and quickly followed through with me on every move. Everything they did was honest, straight forward and delivered on my expectations, right through to the delivery of my vehicle as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure I was a happy customer. I sincerely hope Gerber Collision will work to hire employees like Kelly and Taylor to represent their excellence.
