I had an exceptional experience with Gerber Collision & Glass on Cully here in Portland, Oregon, after my car was unfortunately broken into on New Year's Day. The rear window was shattered, and there was significant damage to the body and paint around the window. After quickly getting the glass replaced, I booked an appointment with Gerber Collision, recommended by State Farm. From my very first appraisal to dropping off my vehicle, picking up the rental, receiving regular updates, and finally getting my car back, the entire team at Gerber was amazing. Hannah at the front desk was always polite, professional, and helpful. Mackenzie provided timely updates every step of the way, making sure my car was completed as quickly as possible. When it was time to pick up my car, Mackenzie was on vacation, but Chris, the manager, personally ... stepped in to ensure everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied. The attention to detail, clear communication, and overall customer service exceeded my expectations. While I hope I won't need body shop services again, if I do, Gerber Collision & Glass on Cully will be my first choice. Highly recommend! read more

I had an unfortunate event and got into a car accident with my newly purchased vehicle into the new year. Progressive referred me to Gerber Collison center and I had an extremely smooth process with the team. My car did take a while to get evaluated however the team, Emory, Ty and Eric as well as several others assisted me with removing personal items out of my car and safely secured the items until I can retrieve them. They maintained professionalism and support as they understood I'm a military service member about 4.5 hrs away from the location of the collision center and can't travel immediately to retrieve my items. I'm extremely grateful for individuals like these and although I don't know much about repairs/Collison side as my vehicle was deemed a total loss. I can state that if myself, my colleagues or close ones, were to get into ... an accident I'd refer anyone to this shop! read more
