I wish I could give Bill H., production manager, and his associates ten stars... 1). was totally stoked by the services rendered - I felt that everyone was very knowledgeable; 2). the repair job greatly exceeded my expectation (wow!); and 3). the time and cost estimates were right on the money. The best customer service was the text messages during the repairs and updates for completion from the repair shop in Orlando. My car originally went to the Leesburg location and their decision to send my car to Orlando was fully explained. At the Leesburg center Erica was quick to return my calls and fully answered my questions. She has a positive, upbeat and friendly manner. While walking to the office, the service techs were friendly. The atmosphere is one of a local establishment.
