I chose this exact location after a recommendation from a friend who got her car fixed here. She really liked the work and the time it took to get her car back! Overall, my experience was so much easier than dealing with the insurance company, they made it so easy for me. They answered any questions I had in detail and I left feeling like a weight was finally lifted off of my shoulders. I never felt that I was an inconvenience or a bother to them. From the receptionists that I had to speak with to the estimator, the customer service couldn't have been better!

Super friendly. When I was waiting in the office for my rental car, they even called Hertz to make sure they were coming for me. Very nice and professional.

Thank you for the fine service to replace the passenger side rear view mirror on my Chrysler 200. The staff was friendly and courteous, clean-up of car after the repair was excellent. I will certainly recommend your firm to any future potential customer.

I needed to get a small crease fixed on my '68 Chev Pick up. I met with Joe Wilkes at the Avondale location. He was professional all the way. Keeping in contact with me with numerous calls during the repair time. I would not hesitate to recommend them or go there again!!! They matched the paint perfectly! Thank you!!!

I just want to thank everyone at Valpariso and Chesterton for caring about me not only as a customer but as a person. My beautiful pearl white Buick lacrosse was a mess and when i got it back it looks brand new. But not only that i went to the wrong shop (Valpariso) had already turned my car in and the manager made sure i got over there to Chesterton. Don gave me a ride there when he was suppose to be off his shift....the staff over at Chesterton stayed over 30 min past their shift so o can pick up my car......thanks everyone who helped me that day. You guys are the best.
