Master in charge of the management and repair work of our van, and who has done a great job of communicating, managing and completing the needed repairs of our 2005 Toyota, that started every since our accident of March 12th, 2016. With the insurance companies each reviewing the causes of the accident, and Toyota's repair companies working on the many details determining what damages were actually caused by the accident, and which ones were not, made completing this project a bit complicated. But with the Gerber repair company being involved, and having Mike at the helm and Sharon running the front desk, gave Jill and I the comfort of knowing that everything would turn out just right! If I could give 20 stars I would! I had a scratch on my front bumper from hitting the fence when parking and took it there for an estimate, the gentleman took a look at it and within 5 mins he fixed it. The best part was he smiled at me and said no charge!!! The other place I was quoted at said $150!! Highly recommend this place! I am a customer for life!!!

Totally pleased. The communication between the shop and myself was great - not too much and not too little. They under promised (8 days) and over delivered (5 days to repair.) The icing on the cake was that they vacuumed the cleaned to vehicle leaving one less thing for me to worry about. Thank you Gerber Collision!

Having done business over several years with Perry's Auto Body Shop, I was surprised to find the shop under new ownership. The help I received from John made me happy to have returned to the same location, even though the shop is now Gerber's. John was as friendly as he was helpful, and even though the job was only a minor touch-up, it was completed promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I suggest you try Gerber Collision & Glass in Grand Junction, and ask for John. (aka: J.B.) That's what I'll be doing for any future auto body or glass work!

I want to commend the Progressive Agent/Assessor (Barry A) for recommending Gerber Collision to perform the repairs needed on my vehicle. Barry has an exceptional rapore with the management of Gerber (Josh & Kevin) and together they were able to formulate a plan to make the necessary repairs to my 2003 BMW 540-I. The repairs required to return my vehicle to an "as new" condition were very complex and they executed the plan with professionalism and expertise. I couldn't be more pleased with the final results! " Bravo Zulu" to Barry, Josh, Kevin and the rest of the professionals at Gerber. I will gladly recommend Gerber to my associates and friends in need of professional automobile repairs!

The car looked great, drove great and runs great now. I am very impressed with Gerber not only for the work on the car but how professional everything was handled. Katie was such a welcoming first impression when you walked through the door. Mason communicated with me through out the process every step of the way. I wish my insurance company worked as hard to take care of us as Mason did. Finally Caleb the GM did a walk through with us upon handing us the car keys. It was crystal clear that all the personnel at Gerber Collision at Westfield take their job seriously and act with professionalism and courtesy that you do not see these days on a regular basis. The service crew did a great job on repairing my car and did it very efficiently! The staff was very helpful and kind through the whole repair process, and did their best to make me feel comfortable when I came in the office. They got the job done in a timely manner and my car looks great! They even provided a ride home for me once I dropped off my car and offered to pick me up when my car was repaired. This is a great company to work with because the people are so generous and helpful! I would recommend anyone who needs repairs to use Gerber Collision.
