These are very friendly and helpful people. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful with my questions. Randy was very friendly as well. He explained what was needed for my auto body repair and thorough in his explanations. After the repair he explained how the work was completed and the challenges. I will certainly recommend Gerber to my family and friends!!

Repair was done promptly at the estimated price. Repair was done extremely well and the car looks NEW. We were very pleased with Kevin, the office staff, and the repair technicians. WOW. Definitely a 5 star operation. We will recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

I had the pleasure of working with the Akron location on a personal rather than professional level to get my SUV repaired. It has been quite some time since I have gone through this process from the customer's point of view. Because I was not at fault, everything was going through the other party's insurance company so I was not sure how everything would get handled. Danielle was extremely helpful and courteous, answering my numerous emails full of questions and making the whole process such a breeze. My car looks awesome and I cannot thank everyone enough for such a great experience!
