I just have to say that the customer service was A+ top notch. Not only was my car returned to me washed, vacuumed and in perfect condition, the staff members are kind, funny, attentive and personable. And to add the cherry on top, they went above and beyond to offer me services (free of charge) after our business was completed. I have had several car accidents which required body work to my vehicles but NO other company has been so gracious and kind. Thank you Gerber!! I am a customer for life.

The care and service Gerber Collision provided was unbelievable. I truly have never received such aware response, regular updates, flawless/beautiful repair work, promises made and kept from any other collision service provider in the 52 years I have owned an automobile. The car (a 2008 Saab 95), which we recently brought to Gerber Collision, had a great deal of sentimental value to our youngest daughter and they took incredible care of it and paid attention to every detail in order that it would be returned to us in near mint condition. Our entire family is committed to Gerber Collision and, when/if there's ever a need, would never go anywhere else. They are true professionals in a field where, oftentimes, promises are not kept, talent and good workmanship are things of the past and rip offs occur regularly. Gerber Collision and Glass is ... the BEST!!!! Thank you for your hard work, perfect results and, yes, for your incredible customer service. read more
