Tom communicated very clearly and in a timely manner and I never had to call to determine where things were at, he beat me to the punch. Most importantly, he exceeded my expectations for completion. The team at this location repainted my husband's Kia Optima recently. Not only were we extremely satisfied with the quality of the paint job, but we were really impressed by the customer service. Though this particular job was not a quick one (they had to paint the entire car and then rebuild it), we were thankful at how attentive they were and how understanding they were of the fact that we were down to one car during the time that the Optima was in the shop. We really appreciate the staff at this location and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you SO much.
