Jon was awesome. 100% satisfied with van and customer service. Receptionist was excellent. She was very considerate of my time as I had come to pick up my van on my lunch break. Very professional and genuinely a nice person.

You don't know me, but my auto was recently damaged during a maintenance at AAA South Square. AAA brought you my auto to repair. you did an awesome job of replacing my driver's side door. I was most impressed by the paint job -- no one I asked could tell that it was a new door!!! even better, my window was sticking in the down position before the repair - and now it works just fine! I will certainly keep you all in mind if (God forbid) I have an accident and need repairs. Thanx for doing such a great job, even though you would not be meeting the "actual" owner of the auto

Only accident I have had in 30 years and can this process was absolutely fabulous! From the moment I walked in, rental car delivery, detailed process throughout the repairs, pictures of vehicle during repairs and final pickup was flawless. When you use your insurance for the first time and the experience service like this I can help but tell everyone how well I was treated at Gerber Collision. Courtney, Harry and Larry were 100% professional. I will recommend all my friends and customers to you from now on.
