My car had significant hail damage. The PDR process was used for the repairs. The work was exceptional. I was skeptical about the ability to repair some of the most significant damage, but the car looks brand new. They worked with the insurance company to cover all of the cost, even though there was a large gap between the two estimates. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.There was one minor "adjustment" needed on the fit of an interior component, that was handled on the spot. Thanks to the Gerber Team for a job well done.

The service was fast, professional, and for this to be the first accident I had ever had through an insurance company that wasn't mine, this was easy to understand. Connie at the front desk was nice and polite every time we talked and Charles was polite and professional but down to earth.

It took a long time to get my car back, but that was due to the wait for parts and not the shop it self. My family has had a couple of cars fixed here and the people we have spoken to have been nice and informative about what had been done to fix the car. The only bad thing was the confusion that occurred when calling to tell us that the pick up date had been pushed back and why.

The did a great job in terms of fixing the bumper and sideview mirror. I think calling back when they say they will needs to be better in a more timely manner. And another minor thing it was supposedly suppose to be done on a friday and had to be extended so it messed up some plans over the weekend.

From the first point of contact to picking up my car once repairs were completed, they were polite, friendly, and very helpful. They estimated the repairs to take three days and were done in less than one. They left my car looking nicer than ever and I truly appreciate all of their help. This is a great team and a great repair shop and I wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else.
