Fast and accurate estimate, easy drop off and pickup by rental car company. Gerber stays in touch, work has been completed early on all three vehicles they worked on. Work is professional, can't see the repair work. Have not gone back with problems on any repairs for any of the three vehicles worked on in the last two years.

David is the BEST !! Great Personality, Pleasant to talk with !! He Really Uplifted my Day !! Originally, I was at Pep Boys to fix a Blinker Bulb on the left side and found out my back hatch would not open. I then was referred here to Gerber by "JIM" to see if they could get the hatch open. I was completely frustrated as you can imagine.... ONLY needed to fix the Bulb. HA ! Thinking on my way here...This is going to cost me $$$$....Good Grief ! I have never been here before and I live pretty much around the corner...Sorry about that ! As I walked in I began to prepare myself for the expense...I waited just a few minutes and was so surprised at how fast I was able to get in !!! When I dropped off my car it had a long swipe on the side and everyone in the office were very nice and greeted me right away got me on my way in 15 minutes. Taylor very cheerful and updated me via phone/text. When I picked up my car it looked great I didn't have any scratches or swipes on the car the paint job was excellence and my door didn't squeak, they definitely went above and beyond.
