Our 1st accident in 20 years, not our fault and, to our 4-week old 2016 Ford Escape. The communication commitment from Joe C. Estimator to Tues & Thurs updates (5 Stars) put the bar at the highest level. The repair results were excellent (5 Stars) and, If you have to go thru an accident/repairs this is the best way to do it.

I am so pleased with the repairs on my car and the service I received at the Highland, IN location. The whole team was very pleasant and professional. I felt I left my car in good hands. I would like to thank Danielle, Kyle, Rick and the whole team for making me feel comfortable with my choice and reassuring any concerns I may have had. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends

I couldn't be happier with the repairs on my vehicle. This is the second vehicle I have brought to this location and they have always gone above and beyond to take care of me. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to this location, and recommend it to all of my family and friends. Huge Thank you to Ethan! Keep up the good work!

Our vehicle was done ahead of schedule ... great communication with me, as well as insurance company ... looked lovely upon pick-up, which included an unexpected car wash ... they made a stressful event much less so. Thank you!

You cannot tell anything was done and it looks amazing. Tiffany and Jason were so helpful and I know if I ever need a repair, I will go to Gerber Collision again. Thanks !
