First the car repair was done before the promised date. Secondly Justin and the woman who'd name I do not know in the office were way above average. Good people who took away my fears of the whole process. First class from day one. Thanks so much.

Met with Mark on Saturday, July 2 regarding a minor issue with my bumper as it slipped out of its brackets. Mark looked at it and was able to reset the bumper in its brackets withing 2 minutes. Really helpful and very friendly. I really appreciated his professionalism.

As always, everything was perfect even though the staff was new since my last visit. Gerber will ALWAYS get my business, even for little things like the repair job done on my right rear bumper. Love the quality of work and love the genuine caring and customer service.

I want to say a special thanks to both Thomas and Alan for helping me with my sons car that was damaged in my backyard . I was storing his car while he is in Kuwait with the US Airforce. Thomas & Alan made time and worked me in their schedule. They did a great job and now when my son returns home his car will be as good as new. I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone that needs a reputable company.

This is the 2nd time I've brought my 2003 Cadillac DeVille in for minor paint/detailing. The general manager, Richard went above and beyond my expectations, hovering over my car and keeping me updated on the progress. He even had his people install a new hood ornament for me. I will recommend Gerber to everyone in our town.

I backed into my garbage can and put a dent in my back bumper. I have always had my automobiles repaired at J&M and they have done a great job. I met Ron the general manager when he was at the Milwaukie shop years ago and he has always taken good care of me and I can trust the car will be repaired properly. I am pleased as always, the car looks great. I have USAA insurance, but since it was my fault I paid the bill. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I'm so happy that Gerber Collision fixed my car. They made sure everything was perfect. They paid close attention to detail and it looks like a brand new car. Gary was pleasant to talk to when he called to update me on my car. The addressed every concern I had. Trampus and Joe made sure that I was happy with the vehicle.
