In the beginning I wasn't sure whether to use their service because my car is a fairly new car and I wanted to bring it back to the dealership and use whoever they were using. I am so glad I changed my mind. My car is my baby. It was a gift from my son so like all my children I wanted the best care I could find. I had damage on the right front passenger side door and fender. My appointment with the insurance adjuster was at 9:30 a.m. on a Tuesday and they told me that they would have it ready by Friday. By the time I went back to work I received a text message from them (10:10) informing me that I will be receiving repair status updates periodically. At around 6:00 p.m., I received another text message informing me that the completion date changed to pending for 7/26/16. I thought, "Bummer!" then thought well, I'd rather they ... took their time repairing it well than doing a quick fix. The following day, Mark called to inform me of that change and said he will call again if there was a change in status. Wednesday morning, I received another text informing me that the repair is underway. Come Thursday, I received another text message in the morning informing me that my vehicle is on track to come home. At 2:42, I received a call from Mark informing me that my baby is all fixed and ready to come home. I said, "Wow!" That's awesome! Their service is really great! Katie, who's the first person you'll see as you walk in is very personable. The agent assigned to me was Mark. He called me to give me updates and very personable as well. Before I picked up my car, I informed them I would be coming in close to 5:30 (they close at 5:30) and Mark told me that they will wait for me and I thought that was really nice of them to accommodate me. When they brought my car to the front I did a walk-through the vehicle with Randy who was also very personable. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me while I checked the area where the damage was and I was very impressed with the job very well done. Excellent service and excellent job. My car was done on time, looked great and the repair was priced right. The repair was paid for out of pocket so I was a price shopper. It's impossible to spot the damage. This is the second vehicle we've had repaired by Gerber at this facility. Great service, great job. I'd highly wreck-ommend them.

Overall happy with this company, they were speedy getting my vehicle done & was delivered incorrect headlights from the dealership twice & Gerber Collision offered me a rental car at their expense. After I received my vehicle back I did have an overheating problem & right away they sent a tow truck & they had a new fan put in the next day & it was completed that same day ! What sets Gerber Collision aside from thousands of other companies is their HONESTY. They called me to let me know that there had been an over payment on my part and that they were informing me that they would be refunding my money & were very apologetic & for that I am very grateful. Being a business owner myself I see first hand everyday how UN-Honest this world is & for this reason alone I will do business with them in the future

The work on my car was of expected quality and those working in the office were helpful and friendly. It was an easy process working with Gerber. Even when Enterprise Car rental did not have a reservation via my insurance company like they should have, Gerber collision addressed the issue with the appropriate party and I was reimbursed for the rental car on the day I returned the car to Enterprise.

Started off by just driving by on a Saturday, stopped in met with Tina what a delight she sold me even though my company advised me to shop around, her knowledge and pleasant attitude made me feel comfortable that my car was in the right place for repairs! I turned the estimate in to my boss and advised him of the first experience I had with her and that this is where we need to have the repairs done! And WOW was I blown away by the service and repairs that were preformed on my vehicle inside and out made it look like brand new! I will send all my friends and family to this shop what a great crew they have there! And again Thank you again Tina it was an absolute delight meeting and working with you!
