I was extremely impressed by Gerber and this location in particular! They went above and beyond what I expected of the repair, and I already had high expectations! I would most definitely trust them to do any future work for me, or recommend them to anyone needing any work done. Not only do they do fantastic work and communicate extremely well during the entire process, they're honest and very hard-working. They get an A+++ from me!

As far as appointment schedule, only live 5 minutes away & have retired, so often I can make it to the office quickly & usually any day will work.

We had hail damage on our car, and the repairs were well done. We are happy with the results and the professional way the staff took care of us. Thank you

Everyone was kind and helpful to me. Mary was so bright and cheerful., as was the person who took care of me when I brought my car in. The repair people even went the extra mile! Somehow, I had lost the fog light cover in my front grill. I had obtained a new one from Toyota, but didn't know how I'd get it put in place. The repair people did it for me cheerfully. THANK YOU!

Brian K. is awesome to work with. Over the years I've worked with Brian on a few different repairs and he is always very responsive, honest, a great communicator, a hard worker, and delivers an excellent result. He is by far the best person I've worked with in the collision and glass business. Please forward this to appropriate contacts at USAA as you are a great partner for them. I've been a USAA customer for 25 years and have recently used Gerber for any auto body repairs and they are the best because of who represents them - Brian Kelly should be recognized and rewarded for being such a great representative of both Gerber and USAA. Thanks!

I had a tree branch fall on my drivers side of the hood and panel. Everyone one was friendly. Shawn explained how the repair would be made and he was right on. The car looks like new. Thank you for the great service.

Michael R. could not have been any more helpful. From the moment we arrived with our car on the tow truck to this past Saturday when we took delivery of our repaired automobile he did every thing he could to keep us informed. He never failed to return my calls and went out of his way to help with the insurance company and car rental agency. I would also like to commend Sharon for her help on several occasions during this process.
