Darlene was exceptionally helpful and considerate prior to and during the time of repairs. My situation was unique in that the owner of the vehicle was overseas on military deployment. Darlene did everything she could to make it an easy process for me. It was such a relief to have a friendly voice on the other end of the phone during such a stressful time. The repairs were exceptional as well but the customer service really made the difference. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision.

I live in Rochester, NY had a fender - and hood - bender as I was driving to Kent, OH for a visit. My experience with Gerber in Hudson, OH was as good as it gets. Most importantly the car was repaired in time for me to drive home on August 10th. My b'day was the 13th, and grandchildren and great grand children came to visit at 10 AM on the 11th.
