I was very impressed with the professionalism by Alex and John. This being the first collision I have had to deal with I made a lot of mistakes due to my own shortfall of just not being informed on what I should do when a collision occurs. Alex gave me a lot of great advice, and she was very helpful through the process. Although the other driver never called back his insurance to make a statement, I would have never known to call their insurance to make a claim since they were the ones who hit me. I was ignorant to this and I thought everything had to go through my insurance. I am very happy with the services they have provided from this location.

Jose T H. is the reason I choose Gerber for the collision repair. His customer service and concern for my safety in my visit for an estimate was the key to making me feel very confident that Gerber / Jose T would do the very best job out of the five shops I received estimates from. Jose went so far to insist that he vacuum the broken glass from the interior of my car to make it safe to drive. This was before he had any idea that I would place the work with Gerber. It was exceptional customer service and speaks loudly to his work ethic and promotion of the company Please see that he gets proper recognition for this work and exceptional customer service. I just wanted to thank all of the friendly staff at Huntersville Gerber Collision & Glass. The entire repair went smoothly from start to finish. Andrew D. took the time to explain the estimate he prepared and answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. I'd also really like to thank general manager David G. for cleaning my car spotless (inside and out). When I went to pick up my car after the repair was completed I was floored by how nice it looked. Came to the center for help with a front-end lower damper problem. I did not have an appointment. I had pulled up to a concrete parking berm but didn't see the steel rod sticking up out of the concrete. When I backed up the rod caught on the damper and lower front bumper and pulled the whole thing loose. The Estimator, Jennifer R, was very courteous and took the van back to the shop. 30 minutes later I was on my way. Thank you Ms. Jennifer. She's a keeper!
