Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU! to the staff at Gerber Collision & Glass in North Olmsted,Ohio. I had need for collision damage repair after meeting up with a wayward deer,who later fled the scene. This was my first experience in getting this type of repairs made. I could not have found a more friendly,and professional crew than the folks at Gerber. It started with a careful and well explained estimate,followed by outstanding repairs that were done around a fully worked out schedule considering my available time for work to be done. Great work at much less than what a dealer estimated the job to cost too!

Props to Angel G. After excellent collision repair work was done by Gerber Kenzie on our Honda CRV, my wife sitting Sun I noticed that when we drove into the setting sun, small white spots appeared all over the windshield. We assumed that during the collision repair some sort of spray had gotten on our windshield, so we took the car back to Gerber, and Angel dropped what he was doing to attend almost immediately to the spots. He worked vigorously, trying to get them off, and told us to test the car at the next sunset. We did that, and unfortunately the spots were still there. Even though Angel and I suspected strongly that the flaws were within the windshield and not the result of Gerber's collision repair, he once again worked immediately and vigorously to see if he couldn't get the spots out. It didn't work. I subsequently learned ... online that Honda has had spotting issues with some of its windshields. In spite of Angel's suspicions that the problem wasn't caused by Gervis repair work, on two occasions he made special efforts to attend to the problem.
