My vehicle was involved in a hit & run and I was recommended by USAA to call Gerber Collision in Garner. I drove my vehicle to the shop and was told it was not safe to drive due too the damage. Robert C. was the estimator who greeted me and walked me through the whole process. The ladies up front were extremely helpful and called the rental company for me. Everyone I talked too at the shop through the whole process were awesome. Robert went above and beyond to keep me updated on the repairs from calls to emails. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs quality work done on their vehicle. GERBER COLLISION OF GARNER IS 100% ON THEIR A GAME!!!!!

They were very prompt, very polite, did an extremely good job on the collision work. They went the extra mile as when they were finished they cleaned the whole car inside and out. When I went to pick it up they spent all kind of time explaining the repairs and were exceptional in every way. I highly recommend this location in Cocoa Florida. They even buffed out my other headlight free of charge at my request.

They took such great care of me and did an amazing job on my car. I was initially told it was going to be about three weeks until my car was ready with all the damage that needed to be repaired, but they were able to knock it out in two! The phone calls twice a week from Josh S. were incredibly helpful in keeping me up to speed on everything going on. I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone in Tallahassee!

I had a very minor problem with my Toyota van. A couple of the screws had come out and needed to be replaced. I dreaded going to the dealership where I would have to make an appointment and pay who knows how much for this simple repair. I happened to be in the Skokie area on business and saw a Gerber collision center, so I stopped in to see if they could help. I didn't get the woman's name but she sure was helpful. I was there for maybe 10 minutes and she had one of the guys put in a couple new screws. Problem solved! Thanks again...hopefully I won't need any more minor or serious repairs, but now I know where to go!

Becky, Cody and the Gerbe4 Team performed excellent restoration on our RAV4 after an auto collision. There is not even a fiber of the afore damage and our RAV4 looks brand new! They were award winning in their communication as to the progress of the repair and finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend this location highly!

I had several areas on my vehicle repaired, and Scott kept me informed and up to date. My vehicle was repaired very quickly and it looks amazing. I am 110% satisfied with the work done. I needed some damage to the hood of my Hyundai Santa Fe repaired and, based on the quality of work performed on my vehicles on several previous occasions, I brought it to the Gerber location in Valrico. Jonathan M. did his usual great job handling the estimate, scheduling, status update and completion process and the quality of the work was outstanding. Definitely a satisfied customer and I will return should I need vehicle damage repaired in the future.

Fran and Leah were so helpful in working with my insurance to have my car towed in for autobody and glass work after the hurricane. The damage was unimaginable to me. It was parked, after all! Lol. They didn't mind my constant calls to check on the progress. It was so difficult to try and live like normal without my car, and both of these women were readily available to update me and prompt to call back when I left a message. I got my car back Wednesday and it looks wonderful. Just like it did before the storm. Even runs a bit cleaner :) I 100% appreciate the quality work and exceptional customer care given by this shop. I am so glad I asked around and they were the most highly rated by friends, co-workers and family. So happy to have my car back. Thank you !!!
