Excellent service. I've used a lot of body shop even people that I know, and I'll have to admit this is been the best experience of a bad situation. They contacted me every other day and had my car ready in 3 days. Even lined it back up and washed and cleaned it. I could not ask for better service and the job looks excellent. I highly recommend these people and I've never met them. My wife dropped it off and picked it up, and as I was at work they kept in contact with me, and have it ready to be picked up in 3 days

The car looks good and Allison went beyond the call to help me get my car shipped to me as I moved to different state during the repair process. Had a slight problem with a bumper repair which I was hesitant to return to have corrected since I thought it would mean giving up the car again. However, after about three weeks I finally took it back in and saw Earl B. It turned out not to be a big deal - just a little bit of dirt in the paint - and Earl set an appointment almost immediately that fit my schedule and would only involve about an hour to correct. Anyway on Nov. 2nd. the touch up was completed and I am totally satisfied. Earl has handled my vehicle on a prior occasion this year (unrelated) and I would certainly return if more work was needed.
