Rose was wonderful in keeping me updated on the status of the car. Yeira was able to obtain the rental for us very quickly. They made what could have been an unpleasant process enjoyable. The car was gleaming when they returned it to us. They had even taken care of some things that I had mentioned bothered us so the car was better than new. The team went above and beyond.

I was very pleased with the repair of my Honda Pilot. It didn't take as long as I thought and was completed 2 days before the date they originally gave me. Dan took the time to explain the whole process and the repairs and parts needed. He was friendly and professional. It went very smoothly, no surprises or delays. I loved the updates I received with text messaging from them. I felt informed and it was convenient. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I am 71 and this was my first experience with any kind of accident. When I came to you your professionalism in handling my concerns put me at ease. You had everything arranged with the work you would be doing, having a rental car, and keeping me on updated on the process. Thank you for making a rough experience easier to cope with.

Amye was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. The technician did a great job on my vehicle. It was done quickly and there is no trace of any damage or repair! I will definitely recommend Gerber in Eastgate to anybody who needs body work done on their vehicle.
