Accurate updates, on time notices, they take care of you like no one else does. Front desk Kelly, Estimator Kelly, really make the experience great keeping you informed and solving every issues even out of their hands. (Insurance company, rental car issues, etc). GREAT WORK!

One word, AMAZING. Had my truck in for a collision claim ( front end and side damage) the process was easy, the people working there were personable and professional and left me with no questions. The process took 5 business days which was less than they told me, and was updated via text during the whole process. When I picked up my truck I almost didn't recognize it, the thing looked brand new. Final surprise was not only was it detailed on the outside, the inside was detailed as well! Super happy with everything start to finish. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing body work done. 5 stars for sure.
