Excellent customer service, work completed approximately 48 hours ahead of schedule, and constant text/call updates on status - which I greatly appreciated. Found out that Gerber also warranties their work for the life of your vehicle ownership. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Terry and Jessica were incredibly helpful.

I have been involved in the Auto Sales Business for over 15 years! Never have I experienced such professionalism and empathetic thoughtfulness from a modern and high tech collision repair facility. I was pleasantly surprised with the work being done ahead of the original schedule. As well, at how wonderful the paint job was and how well it matched. Then to my surprise, the car had been cleaned not only on the outside but inside as well! It is nice to see service done right and done very well! I will definitely recommend them! Great team

Several delays plagued the repair, most beyond their control, and I am finally picking back up my car this morning. Once I made clear I wanted to be in direct contact with them, things were clearly communicated and the staff were very accommodating. They even offered to drive me to work this morning when there was a delay in receiving my car this morning. I work an hour away, so I know the offer to drive me to work would have been an inconvenience to them. Luckily I had time to wait so I am relaxing in their lobby for my vehicle to be ready.

From my first call i was inform by the young lady how the process of the claim also she explained from beginning to how they will take care of the claim all i had to do was sign Mr. R. and Mr. H. took care of everything my vehicle looks like nothing ever happened great facility great service this is the best shop I recommend this shop thank you for your service.
