Every part of the experience was top notch. Service was great I came in on a Saturday and they were able to help me out by taking pictures to prepare an estimate. During the repair period I was regularly updated on the status of my vehicle and Jasmine was extremely nice/helpful. I would definitely recommend this location. Not only does my car look brand new, but it was returned washed with the wheels polished. Keep up the great service!

I worked with Mike, and man talking about 5 Star customer Service!! He is so wonderful, professional, kind, great communicator and simply Gentle Man!! I was so fortunate to work with him and I have written reviews about his service on Yelp and Google and here and I will again if I need happily ! The staff are very sweet and nice as well, just the place to go when you are so down about your situation and problem!!! Love Gerber service and will highly recommend them and will use them again if I need to for sure!!!

My car needed work over the New Year's holiday and the manager, Dave, went out of his way to ensure my car was repaired to my expectations on time. If I could give this place (and staff) more stars, I would! My alternator decided to go out as I was driving home on December 30th. I had my son in the car and coasted into the parking lot of Gerber. I knew that this was a collision & glass place, but thought they would maybe be able to help me even if it was just calling a tow truck. Stephanie at the front desk was amazing. She was so nice and friendly, especially to a flustered mom with a very active 2 year old! She spoke with her manager, Ron, and despite him being EXTREMELY busy with end-of-the-year work, he went out to my car, knew immediately it was my alternator and told me that he would make an exception to help me out and see if he could get the parts in and get my car finished before the end of the day. I was very satisfied with the result of the work performed on my vehicle. The staff Jordan kept me informed during the process and demonstrated his professionalism on customer satisfaction. After my son's vehicle was completed, I had my wife's 2014 Ford Fuson worked on. The rear driver side fender was damaged from a hit n run. Job well done.

I trust my car at this Gerber's, they only repair what needs to be repaired and they don't try to get more money out of the insurance co. They have repaired my Lexus twice this year and you cannot tell, the paint matches perfectly and it looks brand new when they finish. They call and keep you up to date when the car will be ready.
