I recently brought in my truck to be repaired after it had significant hail damage. The crew at Gerber were helpful and professional from the start. They worked very well with my insurance to take care of the damage and get the replacement parts to get my truck back to normal. While the teuck was being fixed, they noticed that I had a brake line that had rusted thru and was leaking brake fluid. They called and told me and said they could have a tow truck bring it back to their shop to finish the last few things they had left. I then asked if I could come and fix the brakes while it was at their shop. They not only let me, but brought my truck inside so I could work on it in a heated building, since it was around 10 degrees outside. And then they went above and beyond again, bringing me some tools I needed as well as helping me figure out ... read more

All repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time, & correctly. My service tech, Amy L. even delayed delivery 2 days because the replacement parts did not fit up to her standards. Amy is truly an asset to your organization. She emailed & called me twice a week throughout the entire process, so I always was up to speed . Amy is wonderful. & deserves recognition for her conscientious efforts. Thank you so much Amy!

We got the vehicle back before the estimated date. The car looks better than it did before the accident. The only way to tell what was replaced is that some of the parts are cleaner than the old parts. They cleaned an buffed the entire exterior of the car. They also vacuumed and cleaned the interior. I did not expect that. Well done!

I have never before dealt with a auto body service that was so professional, yet so friendly and courteous. They did the work in the time that they estimated it would take and the communications via phone calls and texts throughout the time they worked on my car were OUTSTANDING. I didn't have to chase after my questions on their progress they let me know instead. Great job, guys !!!

Impressed with quality of paint job (fixed a key scratch due to vandalism across the back of the tail gate) and the concern exhibited for presenting me with a good result. I would recommend to others

Gerber replaced my rear bumper twice in 9 months, (rear ended while stopped at a red light, then hit while parked in a parking lot - NO moving collisions fortunately). Timely appointments, quick service. Recommended by a neighbor and happy to recommend to others.
