Today, out of the blue my insurance company needed a copy of my estimate, final bill and pictures from a 2013 accident. I called your location where i (happily) had the repair done and spoke to Brian B. I was worried that the information that i needed would be long filed away. Luckily- Brian greeted me cheerfully on the phone and was able to forward me everything I needed within a few minutes!! Its been a longtime since Ive come across someone who was able to provide such excellent customer service. Thank you again Brian!! And, thank you Gerber Collision for making it that much easier for me to cross something off my to do list today.

I never had an accident before and was applying a claim with my insurance company USAA for the first time. My adjuster recommended Gerber to me being close to my home address and they were available to service my car. They made the process extremely easy and I had my car a Dodge Gran Caravan 2011 back in three- four days . I want to thank the entire staff at Gerber Collision for the service they were able to render to me. I will go back in the future and recommend to others who happen to be USAA members for repairs. My car looks like a new vehicle and they gave me my car a week early. I just need to go back to have some lettering glued on which only takes a few minutes. Great group, I am very happy as a first time client. They do accept other estimates to review and provide service.

All of the staff I encountered at Ice Drive were friendly, knowlegdeable and very committed to make my visit/rental and repair as easy as possible. Their close relationship with Enterprise Glenwood Ave. made for a very comfortable transition to my rental. I highly recommend this location for repairs.

The customer Service was great.Ramon C. gave me the estimate and told me when it would be ready. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He even stayed late so I could pick it up. The repairs looked great. I am very pleased with the service and would use it again.

Gerber informed me how to manage getting a rental car and get my car to their shop. Employees were very nice, atmosphere was relaxing, and location was convenient. The day I dropped off my car, there was freezing rain. A nice young employee spreading salt gave me his arm and helped me across the frozen parking lot to the door. He also helped with my bags that I needed to put in the rental car for my job. Email updates were a nice touch and the car was ready much earlier than expected. GOOD JOB GERBER!

Very pleased with the outcome of the car. It looks great. Sitting in limbo towards the end of the repair was nerve wrecking but it was not the fault of gerber. Customer service was great.

Drear Reader! If you ever have a collision problem, I advice you to NOT look further than this place!! Considering the unfortunate non fault to us what so ever collision situation we had to go through again last year, and this time was with my husband Escape =(, we were rested and confidant that we will receive a supreme service from Rochester Hills Gerber Collision just how we expected!! Of course I asked to work with the manager Mike again! who wouldn't? You got to experience his service with your own eyes to believe it!!! Not to mention his front desk lady "Megan" who is diligent and incredibly kind person!! Wow!
