I had body work done on my 2014 Chevy Silverado at the Bragg blvd. location. When I got truck back it had swirl marks which came from buffer that was not there before. Could not problem resolved. I called Nathan B. at raeford red. location. He told me to bring it in the very next day.Terry A. buffed the swirl parks out at No Charge. Truck looks great, they were very professional and awesome customer service. I will definitely recommend Nathan and Terry. Thank you both for job well done!

I have been coming to this place now for nine years getting collision repairs and they never ever let me down. This morning I drop my vehicle off at 8am and was told it would be finished in 5 days (fair) but instead received a call at 3:36pm today and was told my vehicle would be ready at 5pm. That's excellent and great service all wrap up in one. Also great entity for the community 2017 yours already. Thanks.

Concetta H. was fabulous to work with. All of her correspondence (email and phone) was clear and professional. My car repair was completed in fewer that 72 hours, so I did not have to go through the hassle of renting a loaner vehicle. Great quality of work on the repair. I will recommend Gerber without hesitation.
