Thank you for the excellent job done on our vehicle. We were quoted the job would take 9 days and was completed in 5. The car looked and smelled brand new when we picked the car up and the job. Gerber had the rental vehicle waiting for us at the time of drop off. This was no hassle and very efficient. Very very impressed!

Excellent service team. From start to finish everyone was friendly, professional and proficient. I was notified as my vehicle moved through the repair process. And my vehicle was ready earlier then promised. My car was returned not only repaired but sparkling clean. Not only was I pleased with the quality of the work done but so was my husband; who is very particular about our cars. Then the team topped it off but making my rental car drop off a breeze. Collision repair work done thru policy holder with State Farm who struck my parked car while I was out in another vehicle. Advised State Farm that I wanted Gerber to handle the work as I had previously dealt with the Owasso office and was extremely happy with the work that was done. Jamie K. in your office made the entire process seamless from my initial contact to the estimate and the handling of the work in dealing with the insurance company. The work was completed in a timely manner and the repair itself came out beautifully. Would use Gerber again and would definitely recommend Gerber to any of my friends.

I came in as a walk-in because my driver side exterior door handle came off. I must admit being a single Mom I was very skeptical and thought to myself "this place is surely going to try and charge me an arm and a leg." Much to my surprise Daryle said he would take care of it for me. I waited inside with my son for less than 15 minutes when Daryl came back in and said it was all done. I asked him how much i owed him and he said "oh i can't charge you for that, it would be wrong." He also advised me that the cap that holds the door on was missing. He said if you order it and come back by i can put it on for you. Guess what? I ordered it and went back the following Monday and he put it on free of charge. I just wanted to say thank you very much! I will definitely be using and recommending you in the future.
