Lincey guided me through this process and did a great job. They called me in to approve additional work not revealed on the initial estimate. They kept me informed on each step of the process. The outcome was great. Beautiful work. I highly recommend this location.

Five stars from beginning to end. Alan M. was the estimator and he and the office staff were well informed and totally professional. I was kept informed of work progress and the repair was excellent and completed ahead of schedule.

Jeff was exceptional in setting expectations and deliverying results. This is my third time using this facility! And, each time my expectations were exceeded. I would definately advise people with collision and auto body issues to contact this Gerber facility.

Gerber Glass & Collision in Round Lake is great! Jessica A. and Arthur A. were great on following up. I appreciate the prompt response and the work done on my car. Looked like nothing even happened to it. Thank you to everyone who worked with me and on my car. Made everything run very smooth.

TALKING ABOUT OUR VISIT AND THE ATTITUDE TOWARD US "ALL" THROUGH THE PROCESS OF GETTING OUR VAN REPAIRED, WE WERE QUITE PLEASED AND SOMEWHAT SHOCKED. MY HUSBAND SAID IT WAS LIKE LIVING BACK IN THE EARLY 60'S WHEN OWNERS FOUGHT FOR YOUR BUSINESS. The Estimator Brandon H. went way overboard to get us comfortable with what he was going to repair, related to what we were telling him. Making sure we were both "communicating." Then, when we went in to pick up our van, Michael V.,( now known to us as the Manager), went all through the processes step by step to allow us to feel comfortable. ( we thought by his actions and details that he was one of the guys who preformed part of the work. Knowledgeable, detailed and calm in spirit.) Anyway, our visits and updating through the phone calls, all in all, gave us a sense of calm ... and peace through it all. Side note: While we were there, an old, ( I mean old) man came in the lobby. (I'm 70 this year, but he was old) The old man had been there the day before. Hard of hearing and loud, Michael excused himself knowing there might be trouble between the man and the secretary. ( Because of the hearing problem and the man's lack of understanding, related to that hearing problem) It was a delight to see Michael's reactions of respect and care for the man. A character not found in this day and time. Upon clearing up the problem, Micheal apologized to us and went on with the task of signing us out as it were. read more

Your Charlotte location repaired the damage to my auto guickly and returnrd it on time as promised the quality of work is excellent and in addition to repairs, the car was washed, vacuumed and hand dried. Your representative (Mr. Bill W.) is the kind of representative employers hope to find. I would gladly refer others to your business!

The lake city group was very professional and informative on what they were gonna, they under promised and over fulfilled. Had my truck back to me before the estimated date saved me out of pocket expenses. I would definitely recommend the lake city Gerber to anyone.

My sincere thanks and appreciation to Derek (General Manager) and his highly trained personnel for the manner in which my car was repaired. If it was possible to give the company 6 stars I would have done that. The repair was immaculate in every detail, and my car was ready for me on the day promised. In this day and age it is most refreshing dealing with a quality company. Thank you,

Repairs were done ahead of scheduled time estimated, through a very friendly Estimate Agent, Gentry M., as well as friendly office staff. I was kept abreast of each step of the repair process twice a week until finished and was even notified of additional repairs needed that could not be seen at the time of the original estimated due to the door not being able to be opened because of the damage. I really enjoyed the updates and will defiantly tell other about your company and I look forward to using your services again. Hopefully not for year(s) to come.
