Nearly a year later when I thought there was additional damage (from a new event), Gerber was able to help me resolve the issue in a very cost efficient manner. Great experience. Barb P. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She walked us through the whole process and made the whole interaction pleasant and simple. Barb kept us updated about our repairs and took care of all our insurance questions, paperwork and payments. I was rear ended by another vehicle and had to have the rear hatch and bumper of my 2004 Toyota 4runner replaced. Gerber on S Colorado Blvd did a great job with the initial work. About a year after the service the latching mechanism on the rear hatch went out - this could be just normal wear and tear as I have found the latch to be an issue on other 4runners, but I took it back in to Gerber and Adam had the latch assembly and button replaced free of charge. Would highly recommend this location!

I RECENTLY HAD MY CAR HIT AT WORK BY A SEMI. HE TORE THE HOLE FRONT BUMPER OFF THE DAY BEFORE I WENT ON VACATION. I CALLED GERBER AND ACTUALLY WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY THE GENERAL MANAGER (JOE M). HE WAS ABLE TO WRITE A ROUGH ESTIMATE WITH ONLY PICTURES FROM MY PHONE. I WAS ABLE TON SEND THAT ESTIMATE TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND GO ON VACATION WITH PEACE OF MIND KNOWING MY CAR WAS IN GOOD HANDS AND WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF WHEN I GOT HOME. THE BUSINESS WAS WELL KEPT AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COLLISION SHOP TO ANYONE IN NEED AND I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK. 5 STARS!!
