Brian was extremely courteous, has a wonderful knowledge of collision requirements/needs and was able to answer all of my questions. The work was performed promptly and as stated. Although I chose not to use a rental car (I reside close by), rides to/from were offered. This was appreciated. The fact that the inside and outside of my car received a thorough cleaning, was a real bonus! Would recommend Gerber Collision to friends/family any time.

Brittany and management were great. I got a flat tire on Saturday and when AAA came by to repair it there was an issue removing the spare tire (which was new and had been replaced by Gerber in a collision last year) The staff arranged to have my truck towed to the shop and they replaced my flat with no cost for the towing or the repair although they found no fault on their end with the previous repairs. I appreciate them and I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing glass or window repair- I have had both.

Had been hit from behind with rear end damage to my vehicle. I have used other companies before to repair the damage and was not happy. My biggest issue is being kept informed. I have to say, Gerber Collision and Glass has become our new body shop for our company. What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was taken care of by Krystian S. and from my first appointment, he reviewed everything, updated me on the repair daily, took care of the payment with the insurance company and even set me up with a rental from Enterprise located next door. The staff at the Miami blvd location are always courteous and professional! From my first point of contact with Stacy at the front desk to the actual repair technician Steven who's giving me day to day updates of the repair happening to my car! I literally would not feel comfortable taking my car to a different body shop! Also once again Wow to Steven having my repairs finished a day before the original time frame estimate i was given! This is the 2nd time in the past month (unfortunately) that I've had to get repairs done to my car & Steven has always gotten it done ahead of time!
