I just want to take this opportunity to give a BIG thank you to Tommie D. (I think that was his name) and the other guy(Didn't catch his name) at Gerber Collision Glass at 10002 E. 51rst. Tulsa, Ok. What a great bunch of guys. We had a issue today in Tulsa in the pouring rain and the gentleman here went way above and beyond. The back slide door in our Honda mini van got stuck and would not close. We were getting soaked by the rain. We were driving our 81 yr. old mother to a Dr. appointment. Here we were driving around Tulsa in the pouring rain with the side door open trying to find someone to help with the door. Needless to say we were all cold and wet and very upset. We stopped first at the Honda dealership/shop. We were told it would cost at least $195.00 and a 2 hour wait. We are all on fixed income and that price was totally out of ... the question. The man we talked to showed no compassion for our perdicetment. We were driving around trying to find a body shop that could maybe help us, still pouring rain. We came upon Gerber and something told us to stop. And boy are we glad we did. What a true blessing this place was. The gentleman in the office came out personally and looked over our perdicetment, got a couple of tools himself and went to work trying to help us with this delima. Another guy came over and jumped right In also. At this point we just wanted the door closed so we could drive the Hour plus home. Between the 2 gentleman (with some effort) they were able to get the door closed. Ok great! Now to pay the bill and get on our way. The gentleman says NO Charge! Wait, what? NO, NO we can't do that they certainly earned payment. Tried to pay them but we're refused. My mother actually got teary eyed, and I did too. What a blessing these two angels were. We thank them both from the bottom of our hearts. What a wonderful feeling to know that compassionate, caring people still exist in this world. If we ever need collision or glass work they'll get our business! And I'd recommend them to anyone. This Company should be proud to employee such people! Cudos to you! read more

New management/staff is a fresh of breath air!!! I originally wrote this body shop off after dealing with not so great service all around. HOWEVER, just worked with Jaden, the new shop manager for this location (Previously at Downtown ICT) and let me tell you, he went above and beyond to take care of a few issues for the wife's car and even fixed a dent on hood as a good jester for our troubles with old management. Received the car back and they even detailed inside and out! The front desk staff was very nice and pleasant to work with!!! Thank you so much. Keep up the great work and I will be a faithful neighborhood customer! Please if you were in the same boat as me give them another chance, Jaden and his new crew are outstanding!

Service was great, all the repairs were thoroughly explained to me, the car rental place was nearby so getting the rental car was super easy. The adjuster was thorough, and the repair was finished sooner than they planned. It's never fun getting a car repaired after an accident, but this store made it easy.

It is rare I leave a review ever, so if I do there is good reason! If I could give a million stars I would have. From the minute I walked in, you could get a sense of a great company. My repairs were done efficiently, fastly and was kept informed through the entire process. At Garber you are not just a number or vehicle, you are valued, welcomed and in quality hands!
