A while back, I damaged my passenger side mirror and had it taped in place so it would not fall out. Of course, it was no longer operating properly and I finally decided to have it replaced. I called Gerber Collision and spoke with manager John who told me he would order a new mirror for me. I went to the shop today, 4/18/2017 and John looked at my existing mirror. He said he may be able to fix it. And he did. No replacement, no charge! John and the staff members are friendly and respectful, which I appreciate. You will too.

Friendliest people that make you feel right at home and they keep you up to date with text message alerts and phone calls so that you never have to wonder the status of your vehicle. This is a wonderful place and their paint techs (DJ and Steven E.) are the best in the world! Can't be any more thrilled with the outcome of my repair. I got my truck back today from a Gerber's in Elkhart.. I am completely satisfied with all facets of the repair on my vehicle. Your staff was professional, courteous and empathetic to my situation. They got it in quickly got an estimate then within 2 days it was in your repair facility being repaired. They estimated up to 9 days for my repair and had it done in 5 days.. very pleased .. thank you

I was impressed with the service at Gerber from the minute I walked in the door. Gracious gentleman at the front desk offered me coffee, tea, or water. Employees explained the problem with patience & answered all my questions. And my car was fixed very quickly! I received phone calls with updates. And they let me drop off my car late because I work long hours as a teacher. Also, they cleaned my car thoroughly, outside & inside. I was not expecting that. It is MUCH appreciated. I will recommend Gerber to all my friends.

The molding strip on the back door of my Odyssey was not fully attached. Dimitri A. examined it as saw one of the tabs holding it in place was broken. He took the vehicle into the shop and discovered a way to hold it in place without replacing anything, He did a 10 minute solution--without any charge--a very good outcome. Thank you Dimitri!!!
