The customer service was outstanding! I was able to set up an appointment and they ended up inspecting my car, which only took about 30 minutes. I left my car and they actually got the job done early. I was sent updates via text message and also received a call. The repairs look great and everything is functioning.

The work that they did on my 2014 chrysler town and country was super. The window was excellent as well as the paint that they had to do was great. The car came to look like a showroom classic. Great job and good texts as the job progressed. Thanks Gerber crew.

I was freaking out after I was rear-ended by another car two weeks ago. The people at this location were SO friendly and reassured me that my car would be good as new. I received continuous calls and text message updates from them regarding the process. They billed insurance directly and hooked me up with a rental company on the spot. It was incredibly easy! My car looks good as new! They really paid attention to every little detail. Getting into a car accident was such a headache, but Gerber made a difficult thing so much easier to deal with.
