I picked up my car yesterday, and it was ready a week ahead of schedule! It looks great. You would never know the car was in an accident! Gerber is super easy to work with. They worked so well with my insurance company and the car rental company. EVERYTHING was seamless and worked out great. The text updates were great! I also appreciated Joe calling me with updates. had a great experience at this location. From the time I received my estimate to the time I picked up my vehicle Farm Bureau and Gerber worked swiftly. I had hail damage to my vehicle, and even though they were extremely busy, I was able to get an appointment very quickly Gerber. Michael R. was super helpful and professional. He kept me informed through out the entire experience. I received excellent customer service not only from Michael but from the entire Gerber staff. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing service done.

I recently took my company car to Gerber after the hood was badly scratched. Gale, Joe, Todd and the rest of the team were professional and polite. I am a car person so I may be a little more picky than most about my vehicle. I wash or wipe it off everyday. When I picked up the car, took it home and cleaned it up after the days use I noticed some over spray on some of the areas that were not repaired. I took it by and Todd said he would take care of it if I could leave it with him for a day, with no questions asked. A few weeks later I waxed the hood (they asked me to wait a couple of months to let the paint cure), I noticed a small area on the edge of the hood that did not look quite as I would have liked it to. I stopped by this past Saturday to let them take a look at it. Todd and Joe were working. Todd took the cat back right then and ... took care of it on the spot. I would say if you meet Gerber by accident be assured they will go out of there way to make sure you are satisfied. read more
