Tommy S. , my USAA Insurance representative is an excellent adjuster who treated me with courtesy , respect , and conducted all of the business in a professional manner. His communication skills were very efficient and kept me up to date as to the status of my auto repairs from start to finish. Excellent shop that runs very efficiently. The repair man did a superb job on my vehicle. Kudos to everyone at Gerber. I am very satisfied with this shop. Oh ! almost forgot ! Kelly , the receptionist was very courteous and helpful with whatever I needed whenever I called the shop. Thanks very much for a wonderful job..

Convenient location next to Enterprise car rental for replacement vehicle while mine was being repaired. USAA gave me phone number for Gerber in Laurel the day of my collision, but Gerber called me before I even tried. Left my SUV the same day as the estimate for repairs, and Ashleigh kept me informed throughout the repair. Friendly staff and quality repair work. Tech even called the local dealership for codes to reset my radio and navigation package for me. Top notch service!

Customer Service, communications, and unbelievable quality of work all come with an exceptional rating across the board. My truck was completed ahead of schedule than originally noted. Weekly Earl B., both emailed and called me, giving me an update and progress report of my repairs. Customer service across this country has so deteriorated but Gerber Collision & Glass Corporation have made it their highest priority and put their customers first during this uncomfortable time having their vehicles repaired.
