The past few months I've had some bad luck with my vehicle. About 2 months ago, someone side swiped me and I was so upset! It was my first wreck in my new car and I was super stressed out about how I was going to fix it , and how much of a headache it was going to be to get it fixed. USAA was so great, they referred me to Gerber Collision to get my little Veloster repaired. I had the pleasure of working with Thomas P. to get everything done, and he went above and beyond what was expected because he knew I was paying for my rental car myself. (I added rental insurance to my policy after this first incident) Thomas had my car in the shop for 3 days and it was such a quick and painless process. I had some minor front end damage on my 2017 Tucson, and was referred by Geico to Gerber Collision on Decatur. The appointment was for the next day after my call, and the work was done in one day. David was very professional, and he made sure every issue was taken care of. I would highly recommend Gerber based on my experience with them. It's even nicer that Enterprise Rental cars is just a few steps out the door. This was a very positive experience dealing with David and Meghan. Five stars!

I stopped on on Tuesday to get an estimate on fixing my back-up camera as it had a crack. It was cheaper than I expected it was going to be which made me happy. I had them order it and had it fixed Thursday! I only took about 20 minutes total from walking though the door, to install, paying and walking out the door. Thanks Gerber Collision for being fast and getting my vehicle in quickly.

I was very pleased with my experience with Gerber. Chris explained everything to me and supplied me with the estimate. Picked up the car when promised. Looks great. Also everyone I dealt with including the office staff were all very friendly, courteous and professional. Additionally I was able to pick up and drop off my rental at your facility. This location has the best service, I took my Infinity Q60 for some body work; at the time I did not have an appointment however the staff make me feel like they were expecting me. The work was completed ahead of schedule and I appreciated the updates via text. The friendliness and professionalism of the young lady at the front office was superb! (You know who you are, R) In the future, I will continue to bring our vehicles to this awesome facility.
