Great work, professional from the start. Mr. Bob the estimator was awesome from the start to finish. Kept us advised often of where they were with our vehicle. Definitely would have to go back should there be a need to again. Thanks all!

Chris was wonderful to work with. Estimate was detailed and preliminary was off by only a small amount of hidden damage he had anticipated. My car looks new. Great people and workmanship. I would definitely recommend this business.

This office location and its team were super, responsive, customer focused. I cannot say enough about them. Although they were assessing a problem I was having which was warranty work done by another body repair shop in Alexandria, Virginia they treated the situation as if they were responsible for the issue. Fortunately, the problem/issue turned out to be minor and they fixed/resolved the matter in coordination with the original body shop in Virginia who did the work and got me on my way with no charge. I highly recommend these guys...what professionalism should be like.

I stopped by late this morning and spoke with Jason about installing a wheel flare and chrome strip on my truck. Jason took the items for cleaning and asked that I return at 2 pm for an estimated 20 minute installation. I returned around 2 pm, the work was promptly completed, and it looked great. I am very pleased with Gerber 's service and would definitely return for auto body and glass repairs.

The work was done promptly. I was able to schedule the repair at a convenient time. Once the paperwork was completed the repair began. This is the third or fourth time that I have used this Gerber location and have been pleased with all the repairs.
