If I could give this location more stars I would. We drove all the way from California to visit family and 50 miles from our destination we hit a deer and totaled the front of our car. So not only were we in an accident but we were 2000 miles away from home with our transportation now damaged. Allstate told us that they recommended Gerber and man am I so happy they did. Not only did the make sure that our car was fixed within a week, they made sure to contact us through every step and ensure that we still got to enjoy our vacation. It is only because of their amazing staff, who were so kind and caring through what could have been the catalyst for a horrible vacation, that we were able to enjoy our time with family and be able to drive home, in our own car, on time to make it home when we needed. Recently I was on a very serious car accident. My Chevy equinox was only 2 months old and had front end damage. Gerber called me twice a week to keep me updated. It was a long two weeks but the car looks like new. I recommend them highly. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

Jeremy made this repair way better than I had expected! He worked around my schedule, always kept me informed and handled all the insurance arrangements. They even gave me a ride to the airport when I brought my truck in. Jeremy and everyone at this location were pleasant and accommodating. This while experience, exceeded my expectations. Could not be more pleased with the repair work done by Gerber Collision and Glass in Stanwood! After not hearing back from first estimate at a nearby body shop in almost two weeks, so glad I decided to go to Gerber to have my fender bender damage taken care of. Estimator Michele and Manager Don took total care of me and my family and most importantly my car! Had a preliminary estimate within an hour and able to get added to the schedule for the first of the next week. I also elected to have dings and scrapes on my back bumper from street parking down in Seattle the past 5 years taken care of as well as the necessary repair to front fender/bumper and so glad I did! Michele kept me posted with status updates via email and they were able to finish the project by the end of day, end of week! They did an outstanding job replacing the damaged ... fender and headlight and taking care of touching up and repainting both bumpers and blending into the rest of the body. Can't even tell it ever had a major boo boo and so nice to have all the nicks that I'd been living with erased and no longer an eyesore! If I ever have ANY need for body repair work down the road I will come directly to Gerber and see Michele and Don and I recommend everyone else do the same! You won't be disappointed!
