I was very pleased with the service I got from Gerber Collision!! The secretary Ruth is very, very friendly and has a great personality!! I brought my Equinox there because I was rear-ended while I was stopped at a traffic light. (Thanks to Farmers Insurance for covering the total repair as I wasn't at fault! ) Bernie inspected my car and said he would have no problem getting it fixed quickly. I brought my car in on a Wednesday morning and received a call from Bernie on Thursday afternoon that it was all finished! I had expected that it would take them until Friday to complete the job! Bernie did an outstanding job and they even CLEANED my car before I came. Did I mention they have plenty of free water there while you are in the waiting room??! I sure recommend this nice place with very nice and friendly people. My grief in June when the ... accident happened was replaced by all of this positive energy at Gerber! Great job taking care of me Helped minimize the appearance of the damage by actually cleaning and trying to repair a small chip. Found replacement rebuilt Mercedes AMG rim at 1/3 the quote, which was really impressive. Service was great throughout. 2nd time using this shop.

Vehicle - Hyundai Sonata 2013 Technician - Brad I went in this morning on July 7th due to a very noticeable scratch on my car on the front passenger side. I did not recall scraping against anything, so my first thought was maybe it was vandalism and someone had possibly keyed the car. Brad was the technician that helped me. I came in for a quick assessment and cost estimate with no appointment and Brad was amazing. He told me he thought it was something very minor and superficial. He determined that it was not vandalism. He actually buffed out the scratch on the spot. He was very diligent and helpful and provided excellent customer service. I couldn't even see the scratch after he was finished. He did an awesome job and I will definitely continue to use this location and as well as recommend Gerber to everyone I know. After an unfortunate, stupid mishap, I brought my beloved 2000 Toyota Tacoma to your shop in Deland to receive an estimate on repair. Larry G. did a great job of itemizing the estimate and clearly communicating the process that would ensue. He was knowledgeable and friendly and clearly responded to my numerous questions. I was sold on Gerber by Larry's straightforward and friendly assistance. I brought the vehicle in to confirm and begin the repair on the 28th and picked it up earlier today (7/6/17). Throughout the process Larry was clear how things would progress and how they were progressing as the repair work continued inclusive of my visit on the 21st to approve the work and pay for the needed parts. The quality of your workmanship is outstanding. I am totally pleased and, quite frankly amazed. You have a customer for life (though I ... hope I don't need to use that option too often.....). I will definitely recommend Gerber in Deland to anyone needing car repair or paint work. Lastly, I want to reiterate the positive interaction Larry G. provided during a difficult time.
