From the moment I stepped in the door, left, and came back to pick up my vehicle, I felt that Gerber knew the importance of getting my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. Even though the time frame was important they were able to get me back into my vehicle sooner than I expected. The professionalism of the staff was next level and I always felt like I was the only client there, even though I knew otherwise. I was VERY impressed with the final repairs and the staff even washed and cleaned the inside of the vehicle. This was something they weren't obligated to do but that extra step just reaffirmed my opinion of the company. I would NEVER wish anyone to get into an accident. But if they did I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gerber for all of their collision repair needs. Thank you SO much!!! You guys ROCK!!!

Gerber Collision and Glass at this location did an excellent and professional job. My 2017 Ram Truck looks like brand new again, it looks like it never was damaged. The paint was matched perfectly. I am like in a "WOW!!!" mode. Thank you, Thank you, I am very, very satisfied. Another thing that impressed me and I liked very much was that originally they were going to try (no promise) to complete the repair in about 3 days, however, when they discovered that the job required more time, I was notified and given a more definite day of completion. From that day on, they would either call me or send me a text message to inform me of the status of the repair and even on the day that the job was to be completed they called me to give an estimated time of day when it would be completed, and when my truck was ready for me to pick it up, ... they called me. I am really appreciative of that extra customer service they displayed. That is really a display of caring for their customers. I made me feel at ease and have peace of mind that my vehicle was continuously being worked on. You guys have my vote. If every a friend or acquaintance need to have collision work done on their vehicle, I will definitely recommend you to them and will highly encourage them to go to you read more

I was in a fender bender and selected this shop based on reputation and referral from a co-worker. The initial estimate came in at a fair and comparable amount with an expected delivery date that fit my schedule. After going back and forth with parts suppliers, and waiting longer than expected the shop was able to deliver my car. Sometimes people accept lesser quality to meet deadlines. Not Nate and the staff at this Gerbers Collision. They kept my car and explained that it wasn't done to their standard. They returned parts that were sub-par and made suppliers rush the replacement parts in to lessen my wait. The repairs are top notch and it is good to know that some places still stand by their work.
