The entire experience was seamless! They called enterprise to come pick me up and when they didn't arrive quickly they called back to ensure they were on their way. My car was fixed and looks fantastic. Alecia called me and I picked up my car and dropped off my rental car at the Gerber location. Usually car repairs are such a headache but this was too easy! I cannot believe how well I was treated on a repaint/ warranty repair!! Derek is one of the best at customer service that I've ever seen, and I've been in customer service my whole life ( 68 yrs) !!!! My truck looked a lot better when I picked it up than it did when I bought it!! It was done earlier than promised and looks fantastic!! Than you very much!!!

Fortunately I have not had too much experience with collision repair but I recently had to have some damage repaired. Gerber was very impressive. The environment was clean and pleasant. Jessica was efficient and a delight to work with. The car looked like it just came out of the showroom. Overall great service.
