I have to admit, when an insurance company recommends an auto-body place, you kind of wonder if it's to save them money, so you then wonder what you will get With Gerber, I was extremely impressed. They were epic to deal with, kept us up to date with progress (or delays). They even called us when they had an issue with their text updates stating cars were done, to let us know it was an issue and they were aware of it. They even stayed open a little late for us, so we could pick up our car, to save us from having to pay for another day with a rental car. And they didn't just fix the immediate issue, they took the time to take it to an alignment center, get that corrected, cleaned the car inside and out. All we had to pay was our deductible. Recently I had my car brought to the your facility for repairs to the right Ft. wheel. Your staff and the repairs on my veh. were great. Rosa & Yaira were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Their communication was great in keeping me posted on where my car was in the repair process. There was one delayed that was caused by my insurance company that once again your staff communicated to me vs. someone from insurance. I have already recommended two friends that are looking for some minor body work and paint on their veh. Again thank you again to your staff, and for great customer service during a difficult time.

Great Service with honest employees. The employees always kept me updated with the progress of the repair. I did not feel like they found extra damage just to get more money from the insurance. In fact they recommended I don't cut off the roof because the car would be in better condition so they gave the insurance credit for that part of the repair. Repair time was very fast.
