Fabulous service from Charlie and the team at your Bellevue shop. They worked on my car from July 18 until August 4 due to a collision I was in. My only complaint is, I was in another car accident on August 8 and the Bellevue shop is so busy they can't repair my car for another three weeks. I will wait the three weeks instead of going to one of your competitors.

Brun initially took care of me, very kind and extremely professional. Tom worked with me after dropping off my car and I couldn't have asked for anything else. He was professional and kind also. I would highly recommend this place. Your staff (Brun and Tom) were great.

The collision service I received at this location was great! The welcoming was warm and everyone there displayed true professional customer service. The service for my repairs were quick and fast. I was really expecting them to take at least 5-7 business days to complete the work I needed done; however that was not the case. I took my truck to get estimates done on a Wednesday, an appointment was scheduled for that following Tuesday, and I received my truck back on a Thursday! When I saw my truck it looked brand new and I was super excited to have it back! If I ever need anything done to my vehicle or refer anyone Gerber Collision & Glass is it! The company was EXCELLENT!!!!!!

What an excellent experience ! I was in an accident that resulted in a lot of body damage to my beloved 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. The team at Gerber Collision in Deland were amazing ! Especially Tom !! Not only was the work outstanding, but the service surpassed everything I could have hoped for. Tom kept me informed and demonstrated the finest customer service I have experienced in a very long time. My vehicle looks fantastic !
