Throughout the 90+ day process, the Kara and Alicia in the office who helped keep us in the loop. Many thanks to them and to Michael, the DM for some welcome relief with the use of a rental. We've had the car checked over by VW and are very pleased with the final product. Thanks again!

Was rear ended with minor bumper damage. The staff was very friendly and the service was superb. Mallory was very knowledgeable with the damage estimate pointing out the exact areas and their severity. Jamie kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and explained the entire process step by step. The technicians did a superb job of paint matching, everything looks like it just rolled out of the factory. Would definitely recommend.

About a month ago, my vehicle was damaged while awaiting service in a local establishments lot. The business referred Gerber Collision & Glass to repair my vehicle. Ernie arrive a few minutes later, greeted me and assured me that after repair it would look like new. At first I was skeptical and still upset but he was professional, confident and honest. A few weeks later, Ernie and Alex picked up my truck for repair and assured me that I would not be disappointed. The next day my truck hadn't even looked like it was damaged. I am 1,000% satisfied with both of their professionalism, customer service and the overall quality of the repair of my truck. They went the extra mile and repaired a few other scratches that were on my bumper. The entire bumper looks brand new. I have shared my experience amongst my friends and family. I will ... definitely return!!! Thank you to everyone at Gerber Collision and Glass, you guys are Number 1 and the best at what you do!!! read more

My car sustained serious body damage in an accident. Gerber did an outstanding job on repairing it. Not only does it look like a brand new car, but through the entire process, I was updated at least twice a week on the status of the work. The office staff is very professional and ALWAYS someone answers the phone. I would recommend anyone to go to Gerbers to have body work done. They are amazing.
