Wonderful friendly employees. When quality was not up to standard, they requested my vehicle longer to improve and avoid problems later. Great communicators! Would definitely recommend!!!

Very organized and professional. All employees listened thoughtfully at anything I had to say. Even the shuttle driver was a joy. 10/10 will refer to friends! Thanks for speeding up the process for my handicapped son. Much appreciated! :)

After the sadness of the collision, we had the best experience, fixing our car at Gerber Collision & Glass on 8250N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie. We ware treated with the outmost respect, professionalism and promptitude by Bob. He explained to us, the process, in very professional way, very kind and very respectfully and to everybody's understanding, very comforting. But the best surprise came the next day, when he called, letting us know that our car is already repaired, initially foreseen for four to five days, it took just about 24 hours. "Jimmy John's", you have competition in Gerber. What accident, what collision? We completely forgot about, and this is thanks to Bob from Gerber Collision & Glass, totally professional, efficient and polite. We firmly recommend this place of business. Thank you Bob. Thank you Gerber.

Really satisfied with the repair I had on my truck. Daniel was really cool and worked with me on getting my repair fixed. Tawnya was very helpful with everything getting me too and back from work in my same day repair and pickup.

From beginning to end the process was a breeze. I came in for the initial visit for pictures alone to get an estimate and ended up with not leaving without my car because they found so many hidden things that were not safe for me to drive. They kept me informed by telephone and text. I was confident in them just from the first introduction. Ms. Mallory and her crew was phenomenal. Thank you all for you hard work, service, patience and of course your above and beyond customer service.

John was very knowledgeable and accommodating when I went for my estimate. He went out of his way to keep me informed when the car was in the shop. I had a minor problem when I picked the car up and John again went out of his way to get the problem fixed right away. Very happy with my experience

Truck came out looking great! They were the only place that said they could "save" my fender and did it!! Very honest and they called to give updates on repair. Very Professional.
