This review is in praise of an employee by the name of Tim S.. I have had the pleasure of being served by Tim on two separate occasions. The first time, I brought my car in for an appraisal, and the second for a minor repair. Tim was both helpful and professional when initially giving me a quote for the repairs to my '99 Honda Civic. He was also extremely helpful in letting me know that the company would also do a "complimentary" quick fix. (Meaning trying to use some heating component and simply bending the bumper back into place as much as possible without full replacement). I called the company this morning and asked if this was still an option, given that the $550.00 quote was a little much for me (at this time) financially. The receptionist told me that they could get me in right away. I had the pleasure of being served by ... Tim S. once again. He took my civic back into the shop and returned it in ten minutes. The bumper looked almost back to normal (given the car is a '99). He was asked several questions by both my father and I, and was so professional and courteous in his responses. So often, I think that businesses, organizations, and managers can be inundated with bad news or complaints. However, it's the prized employees that sometimes are taken for granted. As a manager of twenty years, I have had the opportunity to work with many young individuals, and I must say that Tim is superior. I do hope that someone relays this message, because acknowledgement and recognition is equally as important as monetary compensation. Thank you Tim!!! read more

I had an excellent experience at Gerber with Carlson B. It was a pleasure to speak with him. He was very professional and explained everything very clearly. It was a relief, especially after an accident to have someone speak with you genuinely about your situation. I highly recommend both Gerber and Mr. B. I will definitely use Gerber in the future.

I am so impressed with the service I received at this location. I don't think 5 stars are enough. I rate this office at a 10. Eduardo was awesome to work with. He kept me informed with every detail of what was going on with my vehicle. His customer service skills exceeded anyone I have ever worked with when it came to repair of my vehicle. Front desk staff was exceptional too. I would certainly recommend this location to my friends, family, and colleagues. The service I got was outstanding. I was overwhelmed when I got in my car at pickup because the inside looked and smelled like a new vehicle. The repair that was done on the outside was exceptional as well. I am so appreciative when a business of this type goes over and beyond satisfying their customers. I am o happy with the results as well as my husband because he extremely picky when ... it comes to cars. He was certainly impressed as well. I believe in angels - today I met 1 in person. No appointment, no planning! Pull in with question about a fender bender. Within 5 minutes, Wes not only fixed the problem he did it with a smile on his lips and a twinkle in his eyes. What an awesome, gentle man! A great place to do busness! As a former junior high teacher known to be a tough grader, there is no way to give this company any thing but a huge A+. Thank you so much and may God continue to bless you.

The Estimator, Maria, and Manager, Gus, were extremely proficient and courteous during the initial procedure to have the damage to my car repaired. They were professional and very knowledgeable when they explained the repairs and the repair estimate to my car. They were very expedient with the repairs and constantly emailed the progress status of my car repairs. I would definitely recommend this establishment to friends and relatives.
